Their own kababayans i.e. their own nationality Filipinos/Filipinas who act as Managers of the brothels and slap the girls up to keep them coming in with the extortionist amounts of money. The current price of these sex slaves are UAE Dirhams 30,000. Some lower and some even higher.That's the amount these girls have to earn and return to their Filipino Managers or Manageress before they can get their passports back in hand. On the other side...there are those same girls who are now independent of their Managers and have resorted to doing the same evil to their own country folks OR they have now gotten used to the lifestyle of quick money (ranging from Dhs 200/- to even Dhs.500/- or Dhs.1000/- per shot or an hour) and continue to live in luxury in Dubai. I have personally helped at 4 women who were forced into prostitution by their Filipino manageress on different occasions to escape the clutches of these human traffickers and got them out of the country with the help of the Philipinnes Consulate. The Consulate has yet to setup a Toll Free Hotline for those who are looking for a way out.
