The Philippine Embassy in Brunei conducted a free livelihood training on Haircut, Style, Make-up, membership promotions and issuance of overseas employment certificates (OECs) to Filipino expatriates based in Belait District, Brunei on November 21, 2010.
A 25-year-old Filipino man will be fined $500 (more than P24,000) or be jailed for one month after he pleaded guilty to failing to show his passport upon entering Brunei, the Bandar Seri Begawan Magistrate Court has said.
