Foreign companies with projects in Algeria continue to prefer overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) for employment in their construction and oil and gas projects, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) said Monday.
Three multinational companies engaged in large development projects in Algeria need some 7,050 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) to work for them, a Libya-based labor attaché said Friday in a statement.
