The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration Region 2 (POEA 2) has issued another warning to applicants for overseas jobs especially in Singapore saying they should follow the legal processes of getting an overseas job to avoid being fooled by unscrupulous recruiters.

 

A militant labor group on Saturday expressed concern over the rising cases of contract substitution among Overseas Filipino Workers in the Middle East (ME), and called on the incoming administration to investigate reported cases.

 

LONDON – A newspaper is reporting that Britain’s new government intends to impose a temporary limit on the number of foreign workers from outside the European Union it allows into the country.
